First Course

• Tuna belly with smoked wagyu jus and osetra caviar
• Caesar salad with anchovies and Grana Padano cheese
• Beef carpaccio with artichoke hearts, Grana Padano cheese, and fresh truffle
• Spicy Alaskan King Crab bisque

Second Course

• Burrata with arugula salad and balsamic reduction
